The kitchen, including pots, pans, utensils, bowls, plates, etc., the bathroom and laundry (the use of which is also free, but bring your own detergent), are shared. Walking distance to Downtown, Carmichael Park and Sobey’s. Rent is $700 per month, and a 50% security deposit is required (deposit returned subject to damage report on final inspection, fair wear and tear excepted). Small pets are allowed, subject to approval. The property is smoke/drug/vape free, smoking is allowed outside only, on the covered front deck. Parking is limited, and is $50 per month extra.
