Room is furnished with Queen bed, 2 dressers, 32 inch tv and lamps. Rent includes heat, hot water, electric, wi-fi, use of kitchen, laundry and common areas. Parking is only available on weekends so preference to someone without a car. Must be a full time working person. Must be clean, easy to be around, and very respectful of others .
