| Very nice room for rent. BUT THERE IS NO PARKING ROOM for another car. If you are working in New Glasgow. This is a 5 minute walk to downtown NG. It is a ten minute walk to the Aberdeen mall or hospital. We are located close to New Glasgow Academy and close to most all on the east side of NG. Room is furnished with two dressers, Queen bed, night table, lamps, 32 inch tv. Rent includes heat, hot water, electric, use of laundry and use of kitchen. The bathroom is shared with two others. A very clean house and we only accept people who are respectful of others and want to get along well. No smoking in the house. Outside is ok. Rent is 625. per month and for a single person only.
