We also lived there up till then before moving next door to our recently renovated 4 season cottage. It is fully furnished and equipped. You will need nothing but your clothes, personal items and bedding. Kitchen is fully equipped. Deck furniture and barbecue. (You provide your own propane. ) Heat pump for cooling/heating. (Cleaned last week) Internet, TV cable, all utilities, parking space, we have deeded water access to shediac bay, partial view of bay from apartment during winter, big walk in closet, large bathroom with walk in shower, nice sectional couch, large island with barstools. Smart TV is on swivel bracket. First month and security deposit. Available Sept 7-June7. Asking 1500 |
