Shared Area : Kitchen, living room, outdoor patio Utilities : Included in the Rent HOUSE Total number of rooms : 3 Total number of bathrooms : 3 Other occupants : 2 owners (Heli Pilot + Marketing) + tenant 1 (Biologist) + tenant 2(you?) House rules : No smoking, no parties, no television in common areas, very strict on the cleanness of the common areas. What we are looking for : The house is home to four close friends. One of us will be leaving in mid-October to spend the winter elsewhere, so we are looking for someone to take their place and integrate well into the house's atmosphere. We are three outdoor enthusiasts: mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, snowmobiling, etc. The house is very calm and cozy and we want it to stay this way. Other interests of the house are: reading, writing, plants, cooking, painting, piano, horses, car mechanics. If you are more of an introvert and need your personal space a lot, this is the perfect house for you. It's hard to specify exactly what kind of person we're looking for because we're easygoing and laid-back. Though, someone who can't stand silence and needs background noise might not be the greatest fit. The deep cleaning of the house is always done by me because I love doing it. The cleanness of your room and bathroom is none of my business. But the common areas must be kept clean and free of personal belongings at all times! It is the strictest rule of the house.
