| A furnished room will be available downtown from Aug 15th to December 31st. The room is intended for single-person occupancy. The kitchen, bathroom and living area will be shared with two other quiet individuals. Please note that no pets, smoking, drugs or parties are allowed on the premises. We are looking for clean, well-organized individuals, especially those who know how to tidy up common areas after use. The rent will be $950 plus 1/3 of the utility costs. The first month's rent and damage deposit are required. If you are interested, please send me a message with a bit of information about yourself. A reference is preferred. Please note that messages asking if the room is available will be disregarded. As long as you see this posting, the room is still available.
