| Available immediately. Nice location, as close to town as you can get without being in town. Nice people in the area. Safe and secure. Short term (2 weeks minimum) or longer term. Set term lease, not month to month. Possibly renewable. Maintained road. Metered electricity. Wood stove or electric heat. No running water but excellent well water available nearby. Outhouse. Quiet and clean. Solidly built and warm - well insulated. Built 7 years ago. Trails out the front door, in a forest, lots of privacy and well insulated. Two people maximum, prefer one. No smokers - just picked up 40 cigarette butts off the ground along with wrappers. Done with it. One time in five smokers adhere to not to smoking inside and not to throwing butts around. Sorry to the responsible smokers, I've had a few good ones for sure, but most don't care. Don't want the litter or a forest fire. Excellent cell phone coverage - same as in town. Good, clean storage shed. Lots of trails and nature. I'm trying out shorter term rentals and have come up with what it's worth to me to clean, show, advertise, and do contracts for short term rentals. It's $975 a month for a term lease of 4 months or more, or a sliding price for shorter term rentals depending on length of rental. Price: First 2 weeks or less flat rate $800, then $55 per day to one month. ($1680 one month) Second month $40 per day. Third month $35 per day.
