Available 15 August, possibly sooner Single professionals in Whitehorse often have a difficult time finding comfortable, safe, quiet accommodation. Who really wants to live in a dingy basement or noisy apartment, or be confined to someone's spare room down the hall from the crying baby? Then why not join other quiet professionals in sharing a whole well-equipped, fully furnished house? This is a great place for a single, environmentally conscious non-smoking professional working in Whitehorse. A woman would be most compatible with the other tenant, who is also a woman. Sorry, no pets, no couples. The house is in the south part of Porter Creek on Walnut Crescent. It has four bedrooms and two full baths shared by three professional adults (owner and two tenants). The house is big enough so that the residents have privacy and comfort, and lead their own private lives. There is no expectation that they hang out and socialize together. The house dynamics are positive and based on respect for others. This has worked well. This is not a "bedroom in some snarky person's house, and oh yes, we'll tolerate some use of the kitchen."
