| $950 per month Room for single person or possibly a couple. Totally non-smoking. Pet may be okay, need to talk about how he/she would be cared for. Cozy, clean, easy to heat trailer-cabin a 30 minute drive to downtown Whitehorse. No mouse or squirrel problems. Wood heat or you can use your own small electric heater ($$ warning!). Private, access to trails, good people in area. Outhouse and blue jug - no running water. Metered electricity but electricity is not included in the rent. Appropriate for people able to shovel snow (deck, parking area), use a wood stove, haul water, use an outhouse, etc. We plow the road which is flat all the way in, but you still need a reliable vehicle with good tires due to hard pack snow and some snow build up. No public transport available. Lots of trails adjacent for people who like to run, ski, etc. |
