Single adult only please, my lease does not allow for more than 2. 125 sq ft. bedroom with large double closet in a condo shared with 1 other adult and a pet bird. Rent is $1400 due the morning of the 1st each month which includes internet and power. A $1200 damage deposit and first months rent is required before move-in. No pets, no smoking indoors, parking available, laundry on-site, near bus routes, fairly new appliances, storage space available. References will be required for a tenant to be considered. MUST be okay being around a pet bird. Shared area includes everything except bedrooms. Garage is currently full with storage, parking available is outside. There are 2 bathrooms, but only 1 has a shower/tub so bathrooms are shared. Place is furnished, room is unfurnished. Room photos are zoomed out for better area capture. Photos of room are old, but nothing has changed to my knowledge. |
