| CANADIAN POST-SECONDARY STUDENTS ONLY. Proof of enrollment and identification are required, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS; those who aren't Canadian students will be immediately blocked. Rooms will be available on September 1st, 2024. The property is located in Meadowgreen. It is approximately a 5-minute drive from the house to stores such as The Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, No Frills, and more. There are three bedrooms (unfurnished) available for rent for students. Two smaller rooms and a master bedroom. Each of the smaller rooms is roughly 10 feet by 10 feet; both rooms have good-sized closets, ceiling fans, and large windows with blinds. A master bedroom approximately 12 feet by 12 feet, with a half-bath on suite, is available for a higher rent price of 800 per month. Those who rent the three available bedrooms will share the primary bathroom. There is a large, furnished living room and a large furnished kitchen with plenty of storage space. All will share the living room and kitchen space; however, the fridge in the kitchen can be used for those renting out the upstairs, as there is another fridge in the basement for the individual living in the basement (which is me). There is a large deep freezer available for everyone to use. A large storage room is also available for use by all. The washer and dryer are located in the property's basement and can be used by all. The property has a medium-sized front lawn with a gravel driveway (which will be converted to cement sometime shortly), and there is room to fit two cars or two small SUVs, with street parking available. The backyard is decently large, with a reasonably good-sized patio. There is plenty of gardening space along the edges of the backyard, a large gazebo in the center, and a shed at the back. Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. No dogs or cats due to allergies. Animals such as birds, bunnies, hamsters, etc., are allowed if they are kept in a cage. Reptiles are welcome, but NO snakes or anything that feeds on rodents. House tasks must be shared, such as helping shovel the snow off the sidewalk in the winter. Rent is 700 a month for a smaller room, with the master bedroom being 800 per month. The rooms for rent are for students only.
