You will enjoy 900 square feet in the suite, plus a utility room and laundry space in the basement (shared with the main floor tenant). The utility room give you about 120 square feet of extra storage space – great for those hockey bags or extra off-season storage! Are there grocery stores nearby? Yes. No Frills grocery store is two blocks away, easily walkable for all your grocery needs. How big are the bedrooms? Both bedrooms are spacious enough for a queen size bed with room to spare. The dimensions are 9'8"x10'8" and 9'8"x10'1". Each bedroom also has a closet. What kind of storage is there? Along with the bedroom closets, there is a pantry in the dining area. Why are they separate? We find that people are more responsible with their usage when they have to pay a share of the utility cost.
