| Hi all, I have a basement with two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom(shower no tub) shared laundry room- available June 1st for rent. All utilities are included(water sewer power internet) but any extra tv cable will be a renters responsibility. Im a working professional with Monday to Friday and most Saturday hours- but there is a possibility of shift work in the future(2 and 2 rotating away schedule) I’m looking for a responsible tenant who is a non smoker, no pets, and no drugs- A damage deposit of one months rent will be needed before move in. The house is located on diefenbaker drive- right in the middle between the confed mall and the Kensington shops(Walmart) there is also a bus stop right across the street for public transit. A dedicated driveway is on the side of the house for tenant parking- with a plug in for winter time parking.
