Looking for a quiet and tidy person to rent to for the next 10 months. We have the upstairs portion of a cute bungalow house, you'd be sharing with a couple, their dog (border collie) and cat. Pets are welcome but require references and further discussion. Both our pets are quiet and the cat keeps to herself. The dog is a sucker for belly rubs. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Damage deposit of $800 required, can be paid in installments. Room could be unfurnished, but would need further discussion. Furnishings shown in photos 3 and 4 include double size bed in canopy frame, large 6 drawer dresser. Some bedding would be available, too. |
