I have 3, furnished, 1 bedroom suites in my newer basement that I rent only to SaskPolytech Apprentice students for 8 week tenancies. $950-$1000/4 weeks. All utilities are included, plus wifi and laundry. Many products are provided: laundry detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and cleaning supplies. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is required at booking. Contact cell 306-371-9175.
