| I’m looking for a non-partying, non-smoking, quiet roommate who is looking for a beautiful place to live in Evergreen. I live in a 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Two are upstairs and one is on the main floor. You would have one unfurnished bedroom with a walk in closet, plus you would have the bathroom right beside it as your own private area. There is another bedroom that is only currently being used to store items, but if you wish, I could remove them and you could make use of it as an office/computer/tv room. There is currently a computer desk in there that can be used if needed. Also, no pets. The amount of $1,300 includes your rent, utilities and wifi. There is also a washer & dryer beside your room. You are responsible for your own food, obviously and anything else that you wish to have available to you. The fridge and cupboards will be shared to accommodate any kitchen items you may have. There is furniture in the living room that can be shared. A huge deck on the front and the back of the house is also yours to use. I work six days a week, so my spare time is limited.
