| I am a retired woman with a cat, in a 2 storey townhouse on Acadia Dr in College Park. This is SHARED space, with a furnished 2nd bedroom on 2nd floor. It has 1 1/2 baths, shared kitchen and living space plus a furnished bsmt family room(Smart TV, loveseat, recliner, table, chairs)that you can also use. I can provide bedding ,use of kitchen stuff. There is shared laundry and storage space in bsmt. It has a small fenced yard with a 2nd parking space. This is a comfortable if not new home. I prefer a female tenant. MUST be honest, clean, respectful of my property and responsible. Please NO DRINKING, NO SMOKING NO DRUGS. Reference from previous landlord REQUIRED. This is row housing in a parklike setting, It is easy access to College and Circle Drive, 8th street and shopping malls. Everything has become so expensive I find it difficult to keep up.
