One bedroom is available with new pillow top bed, dresser, desk, chair, large window, blinds,very bright in a two bedroom apartment. UTILITIES included in rent cost , such as cable,internet, heat, water, and i pay the electrical power bill. Kitchen items supplied, microwave, stove, shared fridge, dishes etc, groceries not supplied,bedding,towels supplied, insuite washer and dryer supplied, no coins used. Student must be quiet, studious, this is not a party house, non smoker please. Excellent bus service right by apartment, very handy goes right to University Place Riel. This home is very clean, comfortable, warm, furnished except for personals, groceries, and laundry soap. I do the cleaning in the home.. Remember University student only need apply, also International student most welcomed. If interested and coming to Canada to study, u can apply early like by April 1st/2025, or send application sooner so u wont be disappointed. My name is Diane, im a very friendly lady. I've housed many students. I have a very clean and friendly cat, no pets excepted, thank u. Cost of rent is very reasonable for fully furnished home and utilities included in rent cost. |
