| Hello! We have a bedroom for rent in our 3 bed 2.5 bath home. The house is fully furnished & is all available for your use. All you need to bring is bedroom furniture. We have a deck with patio furniture & a bbq. In the basement we have a pool table, laundry & storage. I would be happy to share about all of us that live here, what we do for work & fun to see if we would be a good fit! We are hoping for someone that is easy going, good with communication & tidy! Must be under 30! We do have a large dog, so must enjoy dogs but unfortunately no more are allowed! There is a couple bus stops directly out front, and within walking distance to grocery stores, convenience stores, the river, and broadway shops! I would say it is a pretty great area!
