The back yard is fully fenced and has a good sized shed in the back. Lots of natural light into the kitchen, and even the basement has decent light due to large windows. Most of the windows have been replaced. It currently has a high efficient furnace, and I recently replaced the water heater (large capacity). The upstairs comes with an oven (not the one in the picture, I have a flat top convection there now), fridge. Downstairs there is a fridge, stove, shared washer and dryer in the laundry room (not coin). Area is quiet area on St. Laurent Cres. Great neighbors and close to bus, shopping, school is 1/2 block away...Shaw Centre and Wal Mart/ Blairmore area is 3-4 minutes away with the new road. I have lived in this area for the last 25+ years, very quiet. Nice location-great area. No parties, No smoking and no pets. Lease will be required; references are required, and appropriate insurance must be maintained. Mature, quiet and responsible tenants only please. Credit check will be required.
