Vibrant area with Fable ice cream, La Taqueria Mexicana, a French pastry place, a Mexican bakery & The Meewasin riverside trail and the Summer Festival sites all within a couple blocks. Front yard and backyard are being converted to wild grown for the betterment of the bees and other tiny life forms as well as to minimize water usage.
