| The space: Two bedroom basement suite with private entrance. 600$ per bedroom (or 950$ if not wanting to share the space). Price includes internet/utilities. Each room has a bed (bedding has been updated from photo above), closet, dresser, and desk not all shown in images above. The suite has apple TV, full kitchen, and laundry. The space is shared amongst both tenants. Saturday or Sunday morning, whatever is more convenient, my spouse or I do use the washer for our comforter. Our washer upstairs does not like the size of our comforter. Otherwise, we do not use the space unless furnace filter or fire alarms need to be changed. We rent to students only and preference is given to students in Trades/Sask Poly. (We live five blocks from Sask Poly) Let me know if you have any questions! |
