| August 01 a room is coming available in our home , with in walking distance to southland mall for any shopping ,bus, or services one may need. It is possible for it to even be available around July 15. The room has a full size bed, dresser, fridge, computer table & chair and also a tv. Rent includes a lunch which can be bagged, and a sit down supper with us along with laundry done once a week and floors and bedding. It also includes the wifi and utilities. There is no smoking allowed in the home and no substance useage allowed on the property. Stairs can not be an issue as the bedrooms are all upstairs. Preference will be given to a employed/student/ senior males looking for long term. |
