Separate entrance and shared laundry. Parking is available on street or in back (electrified). My preference is a long term tenant but will consider a student or the following: temporary health care workers working at the hospital or other professionals/ first responders in the city (EMS, police, locums, teachers, etc) contact me to discuss. I work M-F, and get up very early and am very quiet. Sorry….NO SMOKING (including weed) inside. NO CHILDREN. NO PARTIES!!! 1 months damage deposit is required but will discuss further once you are approved to rent. Once we have chatted, you then may be asked to complete an application form. IMPORTANT!!!!!
