| Looking for roommate, Avl Jan 1 in Martensville Looking for a roommate to share a privately owned house in Martensville. I’m currently living upstairs. You would have the basement to yourself including a large living room, 2 large bedrooms and a private 3pc bathroom with a stand-up shower. There are lots of big windows providing a ton a light. We would share the laundry room in the basement and share the upstairs kitchen. The house has a large fenced backyard, with play structures and covered deck. A parking spot in the attached non-heated garage will also be provided for a small SUV or car. If your vehicle does not fit, there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. Rent is $1200 a month which includes utilities & basic internet. 1 year lease, 1st month rent due at time of signing and $1200 damage deposit. You must have proof of full-time employment, references, and renters insurance. Please pm me with any question, and let me know a bit about yourself.
