This may be just what you need! Very nice space. Centrally located in Moose Jaw. I am looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, considerate, respectful to persons and property, and who adheres to building rules. Security deposit is required and is the same as one months rent. References will be required. Pictures are self explanatory. Tenant is responsible electric bill, TV/Internet hookup and monthly bills. Gas heat supplemented by electric heat. We can discuss parking arrangements and laundry facilities if needed. No parties, pets, smoking, vaping, marijuana, oil diffusing, air fresheners/fragrances.
