| Looking for 2 Female Roommates for a 1-4 Month Stay starting Jan 1st. One room has a queen size bed, some small drawers, a bookshelf, and a decent sized closet. The other room has a double bed, larger drawers, and a large closet. Both rooms have a window. My husband will be leaving for four months and will be back in May so I am looking for couple ladies that might need to rent a room over the next four months. I am very quiet, tidy, and like to respect people's space and privacy. The rent would include all utilities and Wi-Fi. The place is cozy and in the safe neighborhood of Palliser two blocks up from Thatcher Dr. Your bathroom would be shared between yourself and the one other roommate found during this process. Kitchen and living room would be shared between us with a clean-as-you-go type of mentality. Cleanliness is expected in the private room area as well as the shared areas from all of us. There are bus routes nearby, and if you have a car there are major roads nearby for easy commuting. Potential garage spot also available if you want to pay a bit more (garage will be kept at 4°C).
