| Legal basement suite in a family home suite. Located 5 blocks from the U of S, roughly a ten to fifteen-minute walk. 2 bedroom suite, with one currently available. Internet is not included and is 20 dollars a person, all other utilities are included in the rent price. Rent is $650.00/month and is on a 1yr lease (if a student wants the room, I’d be willing to work something out if they would like to leave early after the school year). Off-street parking (back alley), can apply for the University Heights parking permit as well. The only room requiring furniture is the room for rent. the suite has a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, and in-suite laundry separate from the upstairs renters. The landlord would like 3 references to contact. A little about myself (the guy who would be your roommate) My name is Braiden Ferguson, I am a 24-year-old man who is currently a student at the U of S. I have a diploma in Power Engineering and I am now trying to get into the nursing program and then medical school ( I know, quite the switch up). During the school year, I spend most of my time at the school studying. When I am not studying, I am either playing video games or hanging out with some friends. The tv and the consoles in the living are mine, and they are open for anyone to use, so long as they do not damage them. Generally, I am pretty laid back and quiet, but I also like to have longer chats occasionally.
