| I am currently seeking a short term tenant for a bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath suite. Bedroom will come mostly unfurnished but there is a queen size bed (one set of sheets and pillow covers but no pillows or blankets). Rest of the suite is fully furnished including all kitchen gear, towels, couches, large smart tv in living room, dining table, washer dryer, dishwasher. Term would be July 1st- end of august or mid September. No pets at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Must be mobile enough for stairs as the suite is located on the 3rd floor. Street parking is available or tenant can rent a parking stall if one is available for $50 per month. |
