This private room is available for rent in quiet, safe, and beautiful Evergreen. Short 2 min walk to bus stop directly to University of Saskatchewan campus. University heights shopping centre only 5 minute drive away. Bedroom comes unfurnished. Bathroom is shared between yourself and roommate. Main floor entrance area has shared living room and 1 main floor bathroom. Utilities (electricity, high speed wifi, condo fees, Netflix, etc.) all included! Room will be available for rent starting June 1st. Looking for longer term tenant that is a good fit, no short term residency. I will also require a rental reference. Street parking is ample in the area. Unfortunately not pet friendly. If you are interested please reply with a little bit about yourself and we can set up a time to view the place :).
