| 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment. Located at 425 115th Street. Available from sept 1st to the end of December. (Move in date can possibly be negotiated earlier) I’m looking for someone to rent my room in a 3 bedroom apartment from sept 1st to the end of December. I had planned to move in with my other two roommates as well, however, I was placed in another community for my four month practicum and will be needing to rent another place during that time. The shared spaces are fully furnished (pictures of the furniture we have is in the last photo), however the bedroom is not furnished. Rent is $500.00 a month plus electric and wifi split three ways. We are ideally looking for another student as both my roommates are also students. *if the add is still up it’s still available* |
