| I will add photos shortly! This is a lease takeover until September 1st, 2025. I am one of three roommates in a beautiful old character home in City Park. A job opportunity has come up that’s taking me out of Saskatoon. Move in date very flexible. The house: Beautiful 2 story + basement home 2 blocks from City Hospital, easy access to transit and short walk to university. Fenced yard and pet friendly (two cats live here now, they’re both good with dogs - bring your own!) Washer and dryer, full kitchen, dining room, living room, empty office space upstairs. Your space: The entire basement, including a bathroom. Shared rest of the house apart from two roommates bedrooms. Utilities and internet are currently in my name, so you and the current roommates will need to sort out getting those set up again once I leave. I’m currently paying $1200 in rent, but will subsidize your rent for the takeover by paying $200 every month (we can sign an agreement to this effect.) Move in date flexible - earliest I could swing is probably right after Christmas or in the new year. There’s also some furniture of mine that I can sell or leave behind - bed, TV, etc. Female or NB roommates only please. No need to pay a damage deposit as it’s already been taken care of by us.
