| We are looking for a roommate! We have 1 unfurnished private room available. The room is 8.5ftx7.5ft, and is $600/month plus shared power and water between everyone (which usually work out to be $50/month for water and $50/month for power). My boyfriend and I, and two other female roommates live here- each in private rooms. The living room and kitchen (both furnished) are shared spaces. Washing machine/dryer are available to use and are shared by everyone as well. We have 2 friendly dogs, one smaller and one a bit bigger. Our house is about a 7 min drive to the university of regina and about a 10 min drive to saskpolytech. The house is located right beside Wascana, Candy Cane Park, as well as the science center. We have year round street parking available. We would prefer to rent to students or employed people under the age of 25, as we are 19 and 20 and would feel most comfortable with that age group. The room is available December 1st, for a 6-8 month lease. No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, weed, etc.) in the house.
