| I'm moving out of my small, cozy studio apartment and am looking to transfer the lease for August 2024 for a single person. You could potentially move in some days/weeks in advance, as I might leave a bit earlier in July. All I ask is that you don't move in the same day that I move out. I've lived in this apartment a little over three years and have enjoyed my time here. However, I'm moving to live closer to family and to embark on a new adventure. General info: - Lease renews July 2025 - Monthly rent is $885, all included (hydro, heating, water, and super speedy internet!) - Stove and fridge included - Coin-operated laundry machine and dryer in basement: one load costs $2 per machine - Apartment is a corner unit and on the third (top) floor - Lots of windows: lots of light! - You can arrange furniture nicely, but note that the apartment isn't very big - Supermarket (IGA) about 5 minutes of walking away - Gym about 10 minutes of walking away - Nearest metro stations about 10 minutes of walking away (Verdun or Jolicoeur) - Bus stops (37 & 108) located right outside the building - BIXI station 30 seconds outside the front doors! Awww yissss!!! I'm looking for someone to whom I can sell all of the following furniture for $800 total: - Bedframe with built-in drawers (queen size.) - Mattress (Endy mattress, queen size. Newly purchased and exclusively used with mattress cover.) - White TV cupboard/drawers/shelves ... thingy (just the cupboard: not the TV) - Window curtain rods with navy-blue (blackout) curtains - Small kitchen shelves (above stove and sink) The property managers here are very kind and responsive. They require me to note the following rental conditions: - No animals allowed - Smoking of any form (cigarretes, cannabis, or vape) is not allowed in the building - First rent payment is due when lease transfer is signed - Mandatory agreement to the rules and regulations of the building They will want to perform a credit check, a verification with TAL (Tribunal Administratif du Logement), and verifications with rental references. They will also require you to submit a proof of employment and/or copy of your last paystub. For all of this, you'll need to sign a pre-rental form and supply them with the necessary info. Please confirm in your message that you're interested in buying the listed furniture and that you've understood and agree with the rental conditions.
