| Hi, If you have a 4 or more bedroom apartment to rent, close to a metro station in the zone on the picture I am interested to rent it. Your rent, cleanliness, taking care of the apartment, smoke and drug-free, cleanliness, no parties, no disturbance to the neighbors are guaranteed. My wife and I, a retired and a current university professors, have excellent salaries and excellent credit histories. I came to Canada 44 years ago as an international student. Both of us went through hardship to have a place to live and do our studies. We both achieved doctoral degrees. Renting an apartment or a room is very difficult for foreign students. Rightfully so, landlords don’t trust them, ask for a good guarantor, as well as proofs of this and that. I totally understand. So, I am at a position to help both the landlords and the students. I sign the lease with full responsibility, take the apartment and let international students live there. One person per room. I invest in furnishings the apartment, wifi, and support them to stand on their feet. I have done this for 17 years and know the ups and downs of it.
