Location: Located in the West Plateau (H2W). 5 minutes walk from Parc Jeanne Mance, 2 minutes from Segals (cheapest grocery store in Montreal), 10 minutes from the Mountain, 15 mins from McGill and Downtown. The House: Huge 3-room apartment on the ground floor. We have a huge backyard, a massive basement where you can put a lot of stuff, a projector in the living room. Washing machine in the house. Price for the room: 650$ + Hydro (50$ a month on average) and Wifi (14$/month). Fully Furnished. All bedding included. You'll live with: Guillaume: 37 - Web developer, Bike mechanics. Loves cinema, cooking squashes and soups, literature, traveling, board games, politics, biking, and tennis. I'm often with my girlfriend Elodie on the weekends. Mykola: 32 - From Ukraine.
