Here are the details: Location couldn’t be better – park La Fontaine is steps away, many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood; downtown and grocery shopping options walking distance away, with a corner store right downstairs, Super C across the street. 5 min walk to metro Sherbrooke, bus 24 to take you downtown and towards NDG or to east Montreal stops around the corner. It's a 10-min walk to the UQAM campus at Berri and 20-min walk to downtown and McGill. The apartment is fully equipped, the bedroom for rent is furnished (double bed with bedding, night stand, desk, ergonomic chair, chest of drawers, bookshelf) and all linens are provided. Amenities: gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, laundry room, night guard, maintenance service on location, open terrace offering amazing panoramic views at the top of the building.
