| I'm looking for a medium or long-term renter for our waterfront 4-bedroom home on Lac Bell/Fraser (5 mins to Wakefield Village)! Fully furnished. Rental can start on September 1st! - $2600+ utilities. 6 month minimum term. Can be rented unfurnished. Additional details: - 10 mins drive from ski hills (Edelweiss, Vorlage, Camp Fortune), 5 mins from Gatineau hills (cross-country skiing, Snowshoeing), 5 mins from Wakefield town that includes restaurants and local bouldering & weigh gym. - Great stay for families with kids - Nestled between two lakes that the community turns into "maze" skating rink during the winter. - The heat is oil, (we also have electric baseboards) PLUS we have a big beautiful wood stove, it is very cozy in winter and we have lived here year-round. - High-speed Bell internet allows for remote work - Large driveway with lots of parking space (driveway plowing included in rent). - Waterfront and private, it's very quiet and peaceful with amazing wildlife, 150+ feet of waterfront. - Would prefer no pets but small pets are fine as long as they're well-behaved! - Looking for someone who will take care of our home and appreciates the great community and nature that surrounds it! |
