| I’ve ended up with two leases and am ready to make a pretty good deal with someone. I’m moving to my new apartment in a few days but I have already covered this month’s rent here. The place is a roomy 3 1/2, but it’s bare—no furniture or appliances at all because I would bring everything with me. There’s a laundromat super close and plenty of grocery stores around the corner though. You could always use it as a temporary form of storage too if needed.
