You have to create your own personal space in the common/ living area by bringing in your own room dividers. * Available Date: ASAP * Price: $650 without utilities. * Includes: water, gym, indoor pool, and club. * Does not include: hydro, wifi, insurance (an extra $50ish a month). * Common/ living area does not come furnished. * Cupboard- You will get the seperate individual cupboard for yourself. * Tenant would be responsible in pitching for shared house utilities (cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.). However every tenant is responsible for their own food & personal items. * Location: High Park * Rental Terms: * Tenancy – Signing the rental agreement with the lease holder. Lease term is *one year. If the lease is cancelled before the term 4 months rent will be charged as a penalty*. *Must give 60 days prior notice when planning to move out only after completing one year.* * Rent Control: Rent should be transferred by the end of 30/31 – do not change the dates. * Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline and will be notified prior to the effect. * REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for application: * Proof of income * Past rental history * First and Last month’s rent deposit * Piece of ID * Photos of the unit: see post * Additional Information: I’ve been living here for 2 years. I work 9-5 job and like to have fun on the weekends, either going out or having get togethers. None the less I am respectful of each others schedules. I am looking for someone who is studying/ working in Toronto, likes to be social (totally okay to do your own thing but we’d love to get to know you!) but one thing we are big on is keeping the space clean. We clean up after we cook and make sure shared spaces are clean. If you share the same energy please reach out! |
