The building is located on a quiet intersection close to a park and 2 bixi stations, - 10-15 min walk from Outremont station - 20-25 min walk from HEC, Polytech and Udem Appartment comes fully furnished with a well equiped kitchen, and a bedroom with queen size bed, desk and chair ( room pictures are from the current roommate; bed sheets and anime posters are not included ) As per the roommate profile, I am 24 years old and work full time with flexible home office opportunities. I speak english, japanese, spanish and french so speaking either of these languages would be great Rent is 1100$ per month all included ( housing + electricity + heat + internet ) and the additional cost of insurance will be split 50/50 upon your registration on the lease The squirrel's name is Barnabé and the cardinals are Garry and Bernadette ( unfortunately they do not share the rent).
