| Howdy I’m leaving on a jet plane ️ and subletting my room in a shared apartment with 3 other young women. The room is available as of now until end of August (may be a possibility to extend further) You’ll be sharing the space with Raphaelle, Justine and Lamia. 3 kind and friendly young professionals, who like to share calm moments together around a communal dinner or watching the latest Netflix series. ️We opt for a shared lifestyle, so communal fridge and groceries (~$40-50 each per week). We each try to cook a communal meal once per week, and we share chores for a harmonious life together. Communication is essential, so from time to time we do little roomie meetings ✨We’re looking for someone 25yo or older, queer-friendly, clean and tidy, non-smoker, and without pets. But above all, someone conscious that they are joining a mini community where we prioritize the well being of all The apartment is a very spacious 7 ½ with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and access to a shared backyard. 2 mins from Metro Prefontaine, and 12 mins to a Maxi Rent is $450/month at the moment but will be increasing to $525 + utilities (around $70/month) If you’d like to join the happy trio, tell me a bit about yourself and we’d love to meet you |
