I can help you find what you want, best third wave coffee places, vegan spot, etc. I love my city :-) Family sized colorfull vibrant home, with tones of natural light, plants, on the second floor of a duplex, 1150 sq ft with 3 skylights, wooden floor and french doors; a high-seated, long wooden table, beautifull cedar-wall and antique/bohemian bathroom with old legged bath under the skylight! 3 closed bedrooms (master bedroom, teenager bedroom with a single bed that can become a king size ( IKEA BRIMNES); ans second kid room w single bed and place on the floor for a camping mat if needed); plus the living room with brickwall + my 1903 Heinzman piano, that can be transform into a bedroom with a CONFORTABLE queen sofabed. Nice cosy terrace at the back to relax and enjoy! Ideal for a family of 4 to 6 members, or any other combination, maximum 6 personnes in bed. The price will be adjusted if you are more than 3 with 25$/night /person. to be discuss if you stay more than a week. MAXIMUM 6 persons. I could make a exception for a family or very quiet bunch of friend, to be discuss :-). . There is free parking available with restrictions at different days/times on either side of the street. One Bixi key included. You’ll have to ask me. You can use whatever condiment that you need! Italien coffee pot for your morning latte. Dish washer, and all the usuals appliance. WIFI of course. NO TV. I wiil need a chat with you as respect of the house rules are mendatory, mostly regarding calm at evenings and nights: my tenant lives on the first floor.
