For health reasons, I have to return to Belgium and would like to transfer my lease, which ends on July 31, 2025. The studio is 187 square feet ( 18 m2 ) or 1 1/5, very welcoming and cozy if you put your little twist on it, modern but sober, quite bright and nicely furnished, on the first floor of a small quaint building in the Shaughnessy district (Fort Street, Montreal, QC H3H 2B3). Perfect for a single person or a student. This studio is right next to the center (Downtown), 15-20 min max away from the airport “Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport” as well as next to 2 metro stations (Georges-Vanier station, which is 200 m away and Atwater which is even closer ). Mont-Royal and the hospital are 900 m away. Old Montreal and the Old Port are 2 km away. Saint-Catherine Street, only a few steps away, offers all the shops and cafés you need. The only way to enter the building is by using a digital code and there’s a building manager, which strengthens this feeling of security. The other residents are respectful and discreet, making this a quiet and peaceful place to work or study. The monthly rent of $1,345 CAD (898 EUR) INCLUDES HEATING, ELECTRICITY, WATER AND WIFI. There are also a shared washing machine and dryer available in the building. The studio is furnished as follows: mezzanine bed area (2-person mattress), small living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, desk with chair, TV and floor lamp, tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and a closet. Pour des raisons de santé, je dois retourner en Belgique et j'aimerais céder mon bail qui se termine le 31 juillet 2025. Le studio fait 187 pieds carrés ( 18 m2 )/ 1 1/5, très accueillant et douillet si vous y mettez votre grain de sel, moderne mais sobre, assez lumineux et joliment meublé, au premier étage d'un petit immeuble de caractère dans le quartier Shaughnessy (Fort Street, Montréal, QC H3H 2B3). Parfait pour une personne seule ou un étudiant. Ce studio est juste à côté du centre (Downtown), et de 2 stations de métro (la station Georges-Vanier est à 200 m et Atwater qui est encore plus proche). Le Mont-Royal et l'hôpital sont à 900 m. Le Vieux-Montréal et le Vieux-Port sont à 2 km. La rue Sainte-Catherine, à quelques pas, offre toutes les boutiques et les cafés dont vous avez besoin. Le seul moyen d'entrer dans l'immeuble est d'utiliser un code. De plus, il y a un gestionnaire de l'immeuble, ce qui renforce le sentiment de sécurité. Les autres résidents sont respectueux et discrets, ce qui en fait un endroit calme et paisible pour travailler ou étudier. Le loyer mensuel de $1 345 dollars canadiens (898 euros) avec EAU, CHAUFFAGE, ÉLECTRICITÉ ET WIFI INCLUS. Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge communs sont également disponibles sur place. Le studio est meublé comme suit : mezzanine (matelas pour 2 personnes), petit salon avec canapé, kitchenette avec réfrigérateur et micro-ondes, bureau avec chaise, télévision et lampadaire, salle de bains carrelée avec toilettes, lavabo et douche, et un endroit pour ranger vos vêtements (placard).
