| I am looking for a subletter to take over my room in my ideally located and bright Milton Parc/Plateau apartment. The dates would be May 18th - August 17th (with some flexibility). The room and apartment are fully furnished. The rent is $750 per month. The rent includes everything (utilities, WIFI) and the apartment has a washer and dryer, a clothesline, a balcony, and projector for movie nights. The bedroom has a skylight. We’re located right by Saint Laurent, on a quiet street. 10 min walk from McGill and 10 mins from Sherbrooke station. All genders are welcome. Your roommates will be two respectful and friendly guys in their early twenties. We are ideally looking for a student.
