Beautiful single couch/sofa (IKEA brand) and a large vacant floor space to put a double mattress are available in a furnished LIVING ROOM for subletting from Tuesday June 4th. The price mentioned ($495) is for a monthly agreement, which amounts to only $18.33 per night for the remaining of June (27 out of 30 days) and only $15.97 per night for the month of July (all the 31 days). The 2nd option is a weekly agreement. It's $209.65 exactly, which works out to only $29.95 per night. The 3rd option is a one night only agreement. It's $39.95 but you wouldn't get a copy of the keys since it's for sleeping and showering only. ALL INCLUSIVE. Internet, Electricity, Hot Water, Washer and Dryer in the kitchen. Bedding and towels. Beautiful, well-lit apartment (despite being a Ground Floor) with large windows, a FULLY equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with mini-bathtub. Easy parking (no sticker). 3 minutes by car from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station. And 3 buses take you to the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station in a few minutes. The 141 (frequent all the time), the 186 (normal) and the 187 (frequent during peak hours, normal outside peak hours). Otherwise, if you prefer to walk in nice spring and summer weather, the metro is 1.5 km away on foot. Depending on your speed, this should take between 15 and 21 minutes (18 minutes on average).
