| I have a large room available for short-term rentals in a nice enough apartment in Verdun, starting Monday June 17, up until mid-July or August 1st at the latest. Arrival and departure dates are partly flexible, but you can't stay any later than August 1st. My friendly roommate Kaylee will also be around. I'm only renting out my room while I'm travelling. All the necessary pieces of furniture are included, including a washer and dryer. Although the room is large and most of the drawers in the room have been emptied, it will be difficult if you arrive with too many tons of stuff and furniture. $860 if you're staying there for a month. $980 if you're a couple. Including everything. Ask me again for the cost if you'd like to stay for a shorter or longer period. The apartment is located an 8 or 10 minutes walk away from the Verdun and De l’Église metro stations and a 2 minutes walk away from a gigantic, beautiful park. You're free to do as you please, but within limits. I hope you can be careful with the place and remain quiet when my roommate is sleeping at night. Please don't just say "I'm interested", add at least a sentence or two to introduce yourself. I will want to see some ID and speak to you for a few minutes on a video call or on the phone, just to be reasonably confident that I can trust you.
