Bedroom has private balcony and there is a large shared balcony with park views accessible from the kitchen. My housemate is a 23 year old Quebecoise student at UQAM (majoring in History). I am relocating to Australia and she is the only one on the lease so you would be subletting from her. We are looking for a female/femme person in their twenties as a replacement. Washing machine in bathroom and internet is $27.50 per person. Hydro not included. |
