| Hi, We'll have a room available under a sublet agreement as of July 1st. The new lease officially begins July 1st. The room is only $326.50/month. The apartment is a bargain rate for our location which is just a one minute walk to Lionel-Groulx metro station and about a 20 minute walk to downtown Montreal. The apartment has a washer and dryer. We pay about $25/month for unlimited internet. The Hydro bill is bi-monthly and averages out to about $45/month (more in the winter and less in the summer). We prefer students (or anyone else) who can get a guarantor to co-sign since we intend on subletting rather than transferring the lease.
