Apartment characteristics: - Located in heart of the Plateau/Mile-End, 2 minute walk from Laurier metro - 2nd floor 4 ½ apartment with south and west-facing windows - Balcony overlooking a green alley - Oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer, drying, air conditioner included -$1100/month for the room (electricity not included) -Available July 1st A bit about me: I am 29-years old and work as an urban designer and civil engineer. I love the outdoors, nature, running, climbing, yoga, gardening, crafts, and cooking vegetarian meals. I try to live an active, eco-friendly, healthy, and adventurous life. I appreciate my time alone, but also enjoy sharing meals, hanging out, doing activities with others, and building a sense of community. I usually go into work 4 days a week and work from home 1 day a week. I am looking for someone who shares the same values as me and who is excited to build a comfortable and happy home environment.
